The seller packs and ships every order; this site has no involvement in delivery. Highlights of the seller's shipping policy:
Before it ships
Orders take 1–2 business days to process, shipping Monday to Friday except U.S. holidays. Wrong or incomplete payment or address details can add 3–5 business days.
Cost
The seller's order page lists free shipping on the 2-, 3- and 6-bottle packages. Your checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
On the way
A tracking link is emailed once the parcel leaves. The seller uses national carriers such as USPS or UPS; transit times vary by method and destination and are estimates. International parcels can take 4–6 weeks or longer, and customs delays are outside the seller's control.
Changes and problems
- To cancel, contact the seller within 24 hours; orders already processed or shipped can't be cancelled.
- Double-check your address at checkout; the seller isn't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
- If tracking shows “Delivered”, the seller doesn't refund non-receipt claims and refers you to the carrier.
